Pre-registration is not required, but walk-in availability is limited. To secure your spot, please call the Volunteer Attorney Coordinator for CMLS St. Cloud at 320-257-4873 or 1-800-622-7773 to register for the clinic. Volunteer Attorneys can answer family law questions at every clinic. Other topics are based on attorney availability. Financially eligible clients who have questions regarding civil legal matters may meet individually with volunteer attorneys for 20 minute appointments at the Wright County Law Library (inside the Wright County Government Center). In order to be eligible, the client’s household income must be at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. Pre-registration is required. To register for the clinic, please call the Wright County Law Library at 763-682-7592.

A CMLS or Judicare attorney is available to meet with and provide advice to low-income clients who meet financial eligibility criteria. Attorneys are available on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Monday of each month. A Judicare attorney is available one of these days each month. Meetings are held in a conference room outside of Courtroom 411. No pre-registration necessary.
