CMLS Self-Help Center
We work with the Law Help Center to provide people who are representing themselves in civil court actions with procedural assistance completing court forms. These forms are also available on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.
In addition to assisting with completing court forms, we also provide assistance with serving and filing the forms.
Who can we help?
The Self-Help clinic is open to everyone with civil legal issues. For metro area residents, you may want to visit your local Self-Help Center for assistance.
What the Self-Help Center cannot do:
- We cannot provide legal advice. We can provide referrals to legal advice clinics and other available resources.
- We cannot provide assistance in federal court cases, court of appeals or supreme court cases, or bankruptcy matters.
